Why does the program only get 1-minute wav file?

Audio/Video To Wav Converter is a shareware. The trial version can only convert media file to 1-minute wav file. If you want to get the full function, you must register the program.

How can I convert AC3 file to wav file?

Audio/Video To Wav Converter does not include any decoder. Please make sure that your Windows has installed DVD players such as WinDVD player or PowerDVD  player, which include appropriate AC3 decoder.  Because wav format only supports 2 channel, please configure output audio channel as stereo in properties of AC3 decoder.

How can I convert VCD file to wav file?

After you insert the VCD into the CD/DVD drive, you will find the directory named MPEGAV in the VCD. In the directory, there are some VCD files named AVSEQ01.DAT, AVSEQ02.DAT or MUSIC01.DAT, MUSIC02.DAT etc. Then open the media file in the program.

Why the program does not preview the picture but can listen to the audio when I open an avi file?

Audio/Video To Wav Converter does not include any avi decoder. Please install appropriate avi decoders such as DivX, Xvid, Window Media Player etc. Then the program can play the avi file properly.

Why the program does not open wmv, wma, asf files?

Please make sure you have install the latest Microsoft DirectX and Windows Media Player which includes the latest wmv, wma, asf decoder.
