MKV
stands for Matroska video, Matroska
is the extensible open standard
Audio/Video container like avi, mp4,
mpg, asf, rm, mov.
1. To
convert mkv to wav, please install
Matroska codec pack
for mkv
format if Windows Media Player does
not preview it.
2 Run
Audio/Video to Wav
Converter, click the Open Media File
button, select an mkv file for mkv
to wav (wave). (It is also a MKV
converter which can extract audio
from MKV files to WAV format. If
the converter does
not pre-listen the mkv file still,
you need to install other
audio decoder for the mkv file.)
3.
To convert the whole mkv file to
wav, set the Output File name if
needed, then click the Convert
button.
To convert
a part of
the mkv file, drag the
slide bar directly, or click the
Play button to preview the MKV
file, then set the Start Time and the End
Time. Finally, click the Convert
button to convert mkv to
wav.
