AC3 Definition:
AC-3 is Dolby's
third generation audio coding algorithm. It is a
perceptual coding algorithm developed to allow the
use of lower data rates with a minimum of
perceived degrading of sound quality.

To convert AC3 to WAV, please
install DVD players such as WinDVD
player or PowerDVD player, which
include the AC3 decoder. Because
wav
format only supports 2 channel,
please configure output audio
channel as stereo in properties of
AC3 decoder.
Or
install the
AC3 decoder.

Launch AUDIO/VIDEO TO WAV CONVERTER, click the Open Media File button,
select an ac3 file.

If you want to convert the whole
audio from the AC3 file to wav, set the
Output File if needed, then click
the Convert button.
If
you want to convert some part of
audio from the AC3 file, drag the
slide bar directly, or click the
Play button to preview the media
file, set the Start Time and the End
Time. At last, click the Convert
button to start to convert ac3 to
wav.
