How to Play FLAC in iTunes with Fluke
The full title of FLAC is Free Lossless Audio Codec, it is a lossless audio data compression format, because is lossless, there is no any sound quality loss with FLAC format.
It’s headache to make flac files to work in iTunes. Now it becomes easier due to some software emerging.
Step1:
Visit http://cubicfruit.com/fluke/ https://code.google.com/p/flukeformac/downloads/list and download Fluke. Install Fluke and restart iTunes.
Step2:
Find .flac file and right click on it. Put your mouse on Open With, and select Other. Choose Fluke in pop-up box and be sure that you choose Always Open With. Click Open button.
Step3:
Through some Quicktime magic, your flac file works in iTunes. You can convert, mover around or do whatever you want with music.
