What is permanently delete files?
This refers completely deleted and can not be restored in any manner, including third-party data recovery software.
Why do I need to permanently delete files?
If you just delete a file from your computer, the file will be moved to the Windows Recycle Bin, then you can empty the Recycle Bin, but the file will not be permanently deleted in fact.
