1. The film converter can convert different film or movie video formats to avi file: please install the appropriate video decoder and audio decoder for the movie format.

If your do not install the avi video or audio encoder such as DivX, XviD you want, please install it first.

2 Launch Open Video Converter as film converter, click the Open Video button, select a film / movie clip file to convert the film / movie to avi file with divx or xvid.

3. Click the Options button of film converter to set the output file name, movie resolution, film frame rate, video compressor and audio compressor if needed.

4. If you want to convert the whole film file to avi, click the Convert button.

If you want to convert some part of the movie file, drag the slide bar directly, or click the Play button to preview the film video file, set the Start Time and the End Time. At last, click the Convert button of film converter to start to convert movie to avi, film to avi, video to avi.
