VOB
stands for DVD-Video Object. To
convert vob to avi, please install the appropriate dvd
player such as PowerDVD Player or
WinDVD Player for the vob decoder.
If the
VOB file has been encrypted, the
program does not convert it
successfully.
If
your do not install the appropriate
avi video or audio encoder such as
DivX, XviD you want, please install it first.
Launch
Open Video Converter, click
the Open Video button, select a vob file for
vob to avi.
Click the Options button to set the
output file name, resolution, frame
rate, audio compressor etc. if
needed. Select the video compressor,
the converter can convert vob to
divx or convert vob to xvid.
If you want to convert the whole vob file to avi, click
the Convert button.
If
you want to convert some part of
the mpeg file, drag the
slide bar directly, or click the
Play button to preview the VOB
file, set the Start Time and the End
Time. At last, click the Convert
button to start to convert vob to avi.

DVD stands for
Digital Versatile Disc or Digital Video Disc. DVD
is an optical disc storage media which can store
data, movie, audio, images. DVD video always uses
the vob files. If the DVD is
protected or encrypted. Converting DVD to
avi with DivX XviD will fail. |
