After you choose your root folder, this software creates a database of your photos and videos. The database could be used to find any photos and videos, to search by any criteria. You can choose any photo as desktop background as well as you can set any random background to your desktop. It also provides photos and videos viewer, available both in windowed and full screen mode. Media Explorer do nothing with any contents of your media files, but it can move any single file (or selected files) into a subfolder. The name of this subfolder is used to provide the search anywhere in the future. The slide-show mode is also available.
