Everybody knows how time-consuming it is to search for additional information for phone callers. If you are called by an unknown caller, you always have to ask for the name and sometimes even let the caller spell his name if it’s a complicated one. Then you have to enter this name into some search in our CRM or ERP system to finally see more information about the caller.
