An ActiveX control that displays a numeric scale on a rotating drum. Full control of numerics and visual indicators. Outside frame properties for outer and inner bevels and border. Gradient coloring of the scale gives a realistic appearance to the control. Three levels of tick marks and two levels of numeric labeling provide much flexibility in the behavior of the control. Royalty free. Source code also available.
