Level 7 is the top-of-the-line of the AnyOrder Professional Series. A full-featured business program for small publishers, it has all of the features of Levels 1-6 plus more. Those features include the ability to generate invoices and billing statements, keep track of inventory, handle returns, produce sales reports, record customer payments, track consignment items, create customer mailing lists, calculate shipping weights, prepare bank deposit reports, process back orders, process multi-packages, integrate with UPS, USPS, FedEx websites.. Invoices and statements can be printed or sent via email or PDF. It includes integrated email functions. With a press of a button, you can send a pre-composed cover letter and attached invoice to customers. It can work side by side with e-commerce software. In particular, shopping cart data can be moved in and out of the program. The program comes with Real Time inventory processing providing up-to-the-second information on inventory. It will signal you when inventory reaches a critically low level. The program is fully barcode compatible and is able to read and print barcodes. Additional features include a unique customer command center, built-in scheduler, standing order module, support for SAN, Fed ID, VAT, GST numbers, track customer life-time values, create royalty log files. It has tax calculation features for US, European, VAT and Canadian GST/PST taxes. Invoices can be converted to other languages. The networked version of the Level VI program includes a separate program called the Rover Module. Rover can be used to generate sales from off-site locations. It can also be used to divide a business into separate divisions or maintain separate accounts. Topping off an already impressive list are integrated credit card processing, proforma invoicing, and a comprehensive purchase order system.
